Shipping and Returns Policy

How We Ship

We can ship to any address in the world.

We estimate shipping will be initiated within 10 working days starting from your order date. You will be notified by C-Garage Customer Service in case of delays, due to temporary unavailability of your items or custom options you choose.

As soon as your shipment is initiated, you will receive notification from our shipping partner (i.e. DHL), including shipping details and tracking ID to monitor your shipment and amend destination details if required.

Shipping rates for the items you have selected are visible before you confirm your order, and included in the payment requested to confirm your order. Shipping costs are free for any order above €300.

Shipments to destinations outside the EU may be subject to import taxes or customs duties. These charges are the sole responsibility of the consignee, who must pay the amount due to the shipper or the relevant authorities. It is up to the customer, in order to ensure that the parcel is cleared through customs, to provide all necessary information and/or pay the relevant fees. If the package is not cleared through customs, it will be returned to our warehouse.

Return Rights

Because everything we create is custom and made-to-order, all sales are final. Anyway, we know things happen and we will do what we can to make things right: at C-Garage we take Customer Service very seriously. If there is any problem we want to know and will be in contact with you.

What Cannot be Returned: due to the nature of custom printed items, we cannot accept return of any items due to change of mind, wrong item/image selection, or Tutorial instructions being ignored/misinterpreted.

What Can be Returned: Items that are damaged or misprinted.

How to Return your items: Any return must be approved by C-Garage Customer Service. To request Return approval, please contact our Customer Service at [email protected] within 7 days from receiving date, including your Order ID, reasons for return request and pictures of the item to be returned.

As Return is approved, our Customer Service team will take care of shipping procedures with DHL, and will share instructions on what you need to do to complete return correctly.

Please note, Shipping costs will not be refunded.
